McKenna & Ruggeroli Pain Specialists Office

McKenna & Ruggeroli Pain Specialists is located at 6070 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 100.   This is within the Southern Palms Medical Center at the corner of S. Fort Apache and Patrick, adjacent to the Southern Hills Hospital in southwestern Las Vegas.  The office is easily accessed off the 215 Freeway via the Russell Road exit.   Parking is conveniently located.  This state-of-the-art facility was  was completed in 2007.

We understand that our patients are in pain.  Our office staff will attempt to make your experience at McKenna & Ruggeroli Pain Specialists a pleasant one.

Each new patient will be required to fill out forms and a questionnaire on their first visit.  In order to enhance convenience, this questionnaire can be copied from our web site, completed at home and submitted to us at the time of the first visit.  This paperwork is necessary to optimize medical care and to fulfill certain governmental and insurance regulations.  Patients may be asked to sign an agreement dealing with certain medications. Follow-up appointments will be made at the time of the office visit.  Procedures will be scheduled at the time of the office visit unless your insurance requires prior authorization.

We bill our patients according to CPT codes, as approved by the AMA and the federal government.  We will bill your insurances for you.  You will need to bring your insurance card or proof of insurance at the time of initial registration.  Patients are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.  We accept patients without medical insurance; however, payment is due at the time of service.

Most procedures are performed at ambulatory surgery centers.  This policy is the standard in southern Nevada and assures the highest possible quality of care and safety.  Only specific centers are able to offer the quality, equipment and efficiency required by McKenna & Ruggeroli Pain Specialists.  These surgery centers are independent entities and the patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles and balances at these facilities.

Our policy is to make every attempt to honor each patient’s valuable time.  On rare occasions, medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances occur which delay our schedule.  In such an event occurs, every attempt to expedite the remaining appointments.  If necessary, patients are given the option to be seen by one of our other medical providers or to reschedule for another day and time.
